Personalization & Changes
Can I change my name/initials after purchase?
Yes—reply to your order email within 12 hours and we’ll update it for free. After 12h your file may be in production; we can offer a 30% discount on a corrected re-order.
What characters can I use?

Monogram towels: A–Z, up to 3 letters, auto-uppercase.

Sticker sheets: Name (A–Z & space, up to 12), Number (00–99).

Posters: Player name (letters, spaces, hyphen, apostrophe), up to 18 characters.
Will I see a live preview?
Yes—our product pages show a live preview before checkout.
Orders & Production
How are items made?
We use print-on-demand partners to produce near your region when possible—less waste, faster delivery.
How long does production take?
Usually 1–3 business days before shipping. Large team runs may need +1–2 days.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes. Email support@thethreadnest.com with your deadline and destination.
Shipping & Tracking
How long is shipping?

United States / European Union: typically 3–7 business days after production.

How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Rates show at checkout based on destination and weight. We offer free shipping on orders ≥ $35 (where available).
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit the Track Order page with your order number.
Returns, Reprints & Cancellations
Do you accept returns on personalized items?
Personalized items are made just for you and aren’t returnable unless there’s a print or shipping defect.
Non-personalized items: returns within 14 days if unused and in original condition (customer pays return shipping unless defective).
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’ll fix it. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery for a free reprint or replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the item may already be in production.
Pricing, Taxes & Duties
Are taxes or duties included?
Local sales tax/VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable. International shipments may incur import dutiespayable by the recipient.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes—bundle savings, seasonal offers, and new-player codes in our YouTube descriptions and newsletter.
Product Care
How do I care for towels?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid fabric softeners for best absorbency.
How do I apply stickers?
Clean and dry the surface (paddle, bottle, or bag tag). Peel and apply firmly from center outward. Light water-resistant; avoid rough scrubbing.
How should I handle posters?
Handle by the edges; frame behind glass or acrylic to prevent fading and moisture.
Bundles & Gifts
Do you include gift notes or gift receipts?
Yes—add a gift note at checkout. Prices aren’t shown on most packing slips.
Can I customize a bundle?
Our bundles are pre-configured for best value (e.g., Monogram Towel + Sticker Sheet). For team combos, contact support.
Clubs, Coaches & Team Orders
Do you support club or team orders?
Yes—coach packs, club bundles, and batch personalization are available. Email support@thethreadnest.com with quantities, deadlines, and location.
Do you use official logos?
No. Our designs are fan-made inspired with clean court motifs. We do not use official league or tournament logos.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to order?
No—guest checkout is available. Accounts help with faster re-orders and order history.
