Refund policy

At The Thread Nest, we take care in preparing every order. Because many of our products are handmade, made to order, or produced in small batches, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Retail Orders

If you receive a retail item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at threadnestinfo@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

2. Handmade Variations

Please note that slight differences in embroidery, fabric placement, color tone, texture, and hand-finishing are natural characteristics of handmade products. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Change-of-Mind Purchases

We do not generally accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, as many items are handmade, produced in small batches, or prepared specifically for each order.

4. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has started. Because these items are made specifically for the customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Please review all custom order details carefully before final confirmation.

5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are generally non-refundable once confirmed and placed into production. If there is an issue with your wholesale order, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and work toward a fair solution.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

7. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
