Embroidery design
Send a sketch, a photo or a logo, or describe the motif and colors you want. We can also adapt any design in our shop.
Style and shape
A different width, shape, fabric color or finish. For a headband, that could be a wider band or a turban knot.
Quantity
No minimum. Order one piece, a small pack, or a larger run for an event, a team or a shop.
Packaging
Packed individually, in sets, or in custom gift packaging, quoted as a separate add-on.

Every custom order is quoted individually. Asking for a quote is free, with no obligation to order.
How pricing works
Customization is an extra cost on top of the price of the standard piece. Your quote depends on:
- the product and its style or shape
- how detailed the embroidery is
- the quantity
- packaging, quoted as its own line
Making time
Custom pieces take 7 to 14 business days to make, counted from the day you approve the sample image and pay. Shipping time is added on top.
Need it by a specific date? Tell us in the form and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
Custom packaging
Optional, and priced separately from the pieces, so you only pay for what you choose.
