Estimated processing or production time will be shared with you before your order is confirmed whenever applicable.

Our products are handcrafted in Vietnam and shipped from our production base in Vietnam.

We currently offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier coverage, and local import regulations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. For custom or wholesale orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately based on order size, packaging, destination, and shipping method.
