Thank you for shopping with The Thread Nest. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship retail, made-to-order, custom, and wholesale orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time depends on the type of order you place and is counted in business days, before shipping.

  • In-stock items: processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order, custom and wholesale orders: made within 7–14 business days. For custom orders, this is counted from the day you approve the sample image and pay.

For larger or more complex orders, we will confirm the timeline with you before your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Origin

Our products are handcrafted in Vietnam and shipped from our production base in Vietnam.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier coverage, and local import regulations.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. For custom or wholesale orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately based on order size, packaging, destination, and shipping method.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local conditions. Shipping timelines shown at checkout or shared during order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. The Thread Nest is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at threadnestinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos if needed. We will do our best to help you work toward a resolution.

9. Custom and Wholesale Orders

Shipping arrangements for custom and wholesale orders may differ from standard retail orders. Production lead time, packaging format, and delivery method will be discussed during order confirmation.
